Service Description

We will introduce gentle meditative movements incorporating basic principles from both Yang and Sun style forms to help you achieve better balance, strength, range of motion, memory and mental focus and calmness. Most moves may be performed while seated. Some familiarity with the Zoom App is needed. A lap or desktop computer with a screen large enough to view the instructor is recommended but a notebook or phone will do in a pinch. Date and time for this series will be selected once 6 people are confirmed to attend. Please contact me to add your name to the waitlist. Note: At least 6 people must be signed up by the last available "Zoom and Safety" class or the 8-week workshop will be cancelled with a full refund issued within one week. Cancelation Policy

All WORKSHOPS and courses are NON-REFUNDABLE: please be sure you are able to commit to the scheduled times before signing up as space is limited. Monthly memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancel anytime but please allow 5 days before next draft date. Book a single VIRTUAL class up to 30 days before class starts although it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you book at least 15-30 minutes in advance as it can take time for the automatic Zoom link to come through. A full refund will be issued if cancelled ONE HOUR before class start time.
