Service Description

Caught the Tai Chi bug and wanting to improve your form? Completion of this eight-week course will make you more comfortable with the remainder of the 37-move form and increase your enjoyment of the Tai Chi Chuan class. Proper form and positioning will be emphasized to increase awareness of your proper alignment. Class videos provided during the eight week period to assist with daily home practice. A lap or desktop computer with the Zoom App, camera and microphone are highly recommended--the screen size of a tablet or phone is too small to clearly see the instructor. Camera placement where you can be seen from head to feet in an area approximately 6-8 feet wide is strongly recommended. A separate time will be set aside to help with technology and camera placement. You are encouraged to be comfortable with the healing third of the form before taking this class and to join a Tai Chi Chuan class (first one is free) to determine if this series is for you! All WORKSHOPS and courses are NON-REFUNDABLE: please be sure you are able to commit to the scheduled times before signing up as space is limited. Monthly memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancel anytime but please allow 5 days before next draft date. Book a single VIRTUAL class up to 30 days before class starts although it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you book at least 15-30 minutes in advance as it can take time for the automatic Zoom link to come through. A full refund will be issued if cancelled ONE HOUR before class start time.
