Whether you are interested in learning the Dr. Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis either seated of standing or the 37-move Yang-style short form as taught by Professor Cheng Man Ching, my focus is specifically on the myriad of physical and mental health benefits that practice of these soft yielding forms can bring to people of all ages and skill levels.
